Pakhi Photos, ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’ actress: Pakhi won accolades for getting the common-place yet lovable young actors in the film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. As the casting director of the film she did a terrific job. Yes, she is the same girl whom we see opposite the handsome John Abraham singing ‘Cry Cry’ in the trailer of Jhootha Hi Sahi. She is not only acting in the film but has also scripted it. Pakhi’s original name is Punarnava Mehta and she hails from Delhi.

Married to the successful director Abbas Tyrewala (script writer and also a dialogue writer), Pakhi is no doubt a creative lady. She penned ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’ during her holidays in London and gives credit to her husband Abbas, who has polished her script writing skills. As a voracious reader, Pakhi is exposed to many literary works. She believes in her imagination and that makes writing so easy for her.
