Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan enjoy food at Punjabi dhaba!: Katrina Kaif’s meticulously planned diet regimen went for a toss when she and co-star Imran Khan stopped by at a roadside Punjabi dhaba on the highway to Chandigarh.

The duo and the crew of the Yashraj film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan were returning to Chandigarh from Mussourie after completing a shooting schedule. It was a long drive and everyone was tired. That’s when Katrina and Imran spotted this typical rustic looking Punjabi dhaba on the highway.

The duo decided to stop by and taste the food there.

Since Punjabis are generous with desi ghee in their food, one would have expected Katrina to shun it. But the lady was more than forthcoming to pamper her taste buds.

She gorged on fried daal and mutton.

Katrina says she found the food “delicious”.

Katrina Kaif injured during Yashraj films shooting with Imran Khan: Katrina Kaif got injured on her nose while shooting for the next Yashraj film with co-star Imran Khan at the Pataudi Palace a few hours’ drive from Delhi.

From what we learn, the incident happened when Imran and Katrina were shooting a funny scene in which he held a gun in his hand while Kat stood beside him. He was supposed to turn and pull Kat towards him. But in doing so there was a slight error of judgement from the actor and he accidentally ended up hitting Katrina’s nose with the barrel of the gun.

The blow was pretty nasty and Katrina’s nose began to bleed. She was immediately rushed to her vanity van and administered first aid. A doctor was also called in to attend to her nose.

Though the bleeding stopped after a while, Katrina says there’s still a bruise left.

Incidentally, she was hit on the same spot on her nose when while shooting for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani her co-star Ranbir Kapoor accidentally landed a punch on her snout.

Katrina Kaif, Imran Khan Jodi in Yash Raj Film's Next: Yash Raj Film's yet to be titled romance drama headlining Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif will begin filming this weekend.

The first schedule of the film will be shot in Pataudi, home town of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and Sharmila Tagore. Pataudi comes under the NCR area and is located 26 km away from Gurgaon, Haryana, on the foot hills of Aravali.

The town was in news last fall when Julia Roberts camped there on location for her recently released film, Love Pray Eat.

Filming for YRF's next will later move to Himachal and Punjab and wrap up in November.

Imran and Katrina signed the film at short notice. Imran said he likes the script and the way YRF honcho Aditya Chopra functions. As for Katrina her dates became free after Dharma Productions' Dostana 2 was pushed forward to 2011.

This is Katrina and Imran's first film together, and Imran's first film with YRF.

Helmed by debutant Ali Abbas Zafar, the film additionally stars Tere Bin Laden star Ali Zafar.

The movie will also mark the directorial debut of Ali Abbas Zafar who wants to give an edgy makeover to Katrina.

From what we learn, Kat plays a girl with a rebellious streak. Naturally, funky clothes and tattoos will go well with her character.

The debutant director has even finalized 20 to 25 tattoos some of which will be printed on Kat’s hot bod. Yes, the actress won’t get inked permanently (who would for a role) but will sport erasable tattoos.

Katrina confirms that she will wear tattoos in the film.

Katrina Kaif not knowing Imran Khan: Well, we thought they would have a filmi connect at least. But recently during an interview, Katrina Kaif left us a wee bit baffled.

When quizzed on a comment that hottie Imran Khan had made about she being a lucky charm. Batting her eyelids with surprise, she asked, “Who Imran?” Oops. Too many Imrans in Bollywood, eh? So we quickly added the ‘Khan’ to the name. Thankfully, that cleared the confusion for the lovely Katz.

“Oh, Imran! How can I be his lucky charm? I have never worked with him”.

Katrina and Imran Khan were supposed to come together for Sanjay Gadhvi’s film ‘Seven Days in Paris’ but the project never took off.

However the duo will be paired for the first time in a Yash Raj Production.

“We will be doing a film together for Yashraj that we will start shooting soon. We have been offered a few films together, but this one was the best.”

Now we wonder if Katrina’s caustic reply inquiring Imran’s identity has disappointed Imran Khan. He considered her as his lucky mascot. She had to consider again and confirm which Imran.
