'Don 2' is bringing out the adventurous side of Shahrukh Khan: The shooting of Farhan Akhtar’s film Don 2 is bringing out the adventurous side of Shahrukh Khan.

Just a few days back, Shahrukh did the heart-stopping base jump from the top of a 300-foot-high building in Berlin, where Don 2 is being shot. Not just this, during the schedule, he’s been learning other dangerous stunts as well.
“Learnt scuba diving...base flying...fast driving (crashed also once)...gyming...old songs...PS3 (Play Station 3) soccer...Beat Boman & Ritesh (Farhan & me)...happy,” SRK tweeted on his wedding anniversary which is on Monday.

It’s SRK and Gauri’s 20th wedding anniversary, marking 19 years of their togetherness. “Also wedding anniversary today...19 years of togetherness and two angels to show for it. By far our best productions,” SRK added.

Shahrukh Khan new looks in 'Don 2' - Photos: Shahrukh Khan is away in Berlin, Germany, to shoot for director Farhan Akhtar’s film Don 2. The movie is the sequel of Farhan’s earlier film Don which was the remake of the 1978 Amitabh Bachchan starrer of the same title.

In the movie, Shahrukh Khan’s character, the elusive don, will be wanted by the police of 132 countries, against the 11 countries in the first film.

The sequel retains its original cast of Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, and includes some new names like Lara Dutta, Sameera Reddy and Kunal Kapoor.

Shahrukh Khan to do over 300 feet jump for Don 2!: The superstar is in Berlin shooting for Don 2 by Farhan Akhtar. It was clear from the outset that SRK would be required to do some very risky stunts in the film, but a jump from the height of 300 feet is something none had anticipated.

“Just did an over 300 feet base jump for Don... because you all make me believe I can fly. Time to tell kids about the birds and the bees... ha ha,” Shahrukh wrote on his twitter page after the stunt.

However, the actor was aided by a duplicate who first demonstrated how the jump has to be made. Then SRK took the plunge.

“My jump was last shot of day. Want to thank my duplicate and action team, to do it before me for wide shots and make me feel confident about it,” SRK tweeted.

The superstar has already finished shooting for his home production Ra.One which again has him doing very dangerous stunts. Makes us wonder what’s SRK up to?

Shahrukh Khan's Don 2, 132 countries's police behind SRK: ‘Don ke peeche to 11 mulko ki police lagi hai, magar Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai.’ That’s the dialogue we all remember from Farhan Akhtar’s film Don, starring Shahrukh Khan. But for Don 2 this dialogue will change to Don ke peeche to 132 mulko ki police lagi hai because the film which brings back SRK as the sly and clever don is going to be more dangerous and stylish.

Ask Shahrukh why this big leap in the sequel of Don, he quips, “Times have changed so now I have police from many more countries behind me.” Ironically, the star himself is scared of policemen.

To be directed by Farhan Akhtar, the sequel will retain its original cast of Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, and will include some new names like Lara Dutta, Sameera Reddy and Kunal Kapoor. The film will go on floors in October and will be shot extensively in Berlin.

It’s learnt that SRK will also beef up for his role in the film. Shirtless Shahrukh, anytime!

Shahrukh and Priyanka's Don 2 filming in Berlin: Farhan Akhtar's Don sequel headlining Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra will begin filming in Berlin in October.

"For all those asking, I've been well. Back from Spain and into some intense prep on Don. Start filming this October in Berlin." Farhan tweeted this morning.

The film is planned to be shot in a 50-day start-to-finish schedule at many landmark sites across the city of Berlin.

Film's script has been written by three fans of the film.

Shah Rukh will barely get done with his home production RA.One when Don 2 filming begins.

Fresh off from hosting Fear Factor, Priyanka wants Farhan to make her stunts in the thriller as awe inspiring as those of Shah Rukh Khan's. She doesn't plan on using body double.

"I leave for Berlin in two weeks after vigorously promoting Anjaana Anjaani in Mumbai," Priyanka told Mumbai Mirror.

The film additionally co-stars Lara Dutta, Kunal Kapoor, Om Puri and Boman Irani.

Don 2 is scheduled for release on December 23, 2011.
