Katrina Kaif was alarmed to move in ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’: A lot of people in the industry who has gone with with Farah Khan knows that the woman is a sturdy disciplinarian. Naturally, the pressure was towering on Katrina Kaif while shooting Sheila Ki Jawani for Tees Maar Khan. The performer was dead panicked.

Kat is not that better than average a dance expert (judging from her prior moving numbers), and she had never done a genuine smoldering item song till now. So, before doing Sheila Ki Jawani she was panicked that Farah might scold or shout at her for not getting the strides right. Actual, the picture's lead character Akshay Kumar too has affirmed that Farah is ‘bossy’ and a significant number of men are panicked of her.

Though the choreographer-director was confident about Kat, the actress wasn’t sure whether she will be able to pull off this sizzling number. The song, full on jhatka-matka, required Kat to move her body like Shakira and act like Madhuri Dixit.

As Kat is quoted as saying about dancing to Sheila Ki Jawani, “I was getting cold feet and my hands were shaking.”

Who will believe this; Kat is incredible in the song, isn’t she!

“It was kind of a learning experience for me. I don't take the song being called item number as an offense. There is exposure in the song but it is more about attitude and I was specific about it...It had be one of the raunchiest songs I have ever shot,” Kat is quoted as saying by a news agency.

The movie has Katrina playing a struggling actress who gets a role in a B-grade movie that requires her to do raunchy item numbers.

“In the movie, Akshay plays the role of a conman and I play his love interest, a wannabe actress called Anya. She signs a B-grade film in which she is called Sheela,” Katrina added.

Katrina is all praise for director Farah Khan for making her look glamorous in the film which is set to release on December 24.
