‘Dabangg’ remake: Sarah Jane Dias to play as Sonakshi Sinha
The actress will do Sonakshi Sinha’s role in the film. She will essay the beautiful village belle opposite Telugu super star Pawan Kalyan who is all set to recreate Salman Khan’s magic on Telugu screen. The movie is tentatively titled Gabbar Singh.
Dabangg is one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema and it broke many records last year. South Indian producers lined up in front of Arbaaz Khan’s office to buy the remake rights of Dabangg.
Cashing in on Dabangg success, the sequel is also in the pipeline.

Sonakshi Sinha Bollywood's next big item girl!
The famed new comer is all set to work in her next movie “Joker”, and she is paired against the Khiladi Akshay Kumar. Farah Khan is the director and choreographer of the movie. It is her home production and her husband Shirish Kunder will be producing the movie.
The ace chorographer Farah Khan is in the news recently for the item number “Sheila Ki Jawani” that she choreographed for the film “Tees Maar Khan”. The performance of Katrina Kaif earned rave reviews and her item number act firmly established her popularity among the Hindi audience. So much so that she is now hailed as the best item number girl of the Bolly town.
Farah Khan states that she has similar ideas for Sonakshi in the movie “Joker”. Farah plans the role of Sonakshi to be more seductive in the flick. Also there will be an item number for Sonakshi to perform in the movie. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that Sonakshi emulates the success of Katrina, and becomes the next big hot item girl of the film industry.

Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha featuring for an item bomb!: The movie buffs whose appetite for the raunch has been whetted by the tempting likes of Munni and Sheila better gear up for what could be the mother of all item songs - featuring Sonakshi Sinha and Katrina Kaif.
Yes, the current hot properties of Bollywood will join hands for Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder’s next film Joker, to be directed by Shirish.
The movie initially did not have any item song, much to the dismay of the leading lady Sonakshi Sinha, who was itching to show her dancing prowess. But Farah finally heeded her leading lady’s wish and granted her more than was asked for.
We hear that Joker will now have a raunchy item song featuring Sonakshi and a top Bollywood heroine, most likely Katrina Kaif. Most elated at this news is Sonakshi who says she’s confident that the song will be “lavish and aesthetic.”
Forget item songs, this one might well turn out to be an item bomb!

Akshay Kumar lead with Sonakshi Sinha in Prabhu Deva’s next project
While talking to a daily the choreographer-turned-director reveals that he is a happy man. Not only has the turmoil in his personal life almost settled, he is waiting for the right time to marry Nayanthara. His Tamil film which is entirely shot in Paris with Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani, Engeyam Kadhal, is almost ready for release, and now work is only on his mind.
Prabhu Deva’s new Bollywood project has got a very interesting cast. The film has Akshay with Sonakshi Sinha and the maverick director-producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali will produce it. It’s going to be a full masala film, very much like Wanted.
Can we expect another with Salman Khan, Prabhu!

Sonakshi Sinha to lose more weight to look slimmer and sexier
Once a plump girl, Sonakshi had to shed a lot of weight for her debut film Dabangg. But now she’s set to lose more weight to look slimmer and sexier in Race 2.
“First, I had to lose weight for my debut in Dabangg. Now I've to get into even better shape for 'Joker' and 'Race 2'. For the last two years that's all I seem to be doing. Losing weight. But I am fine with that. Because it's important for me to look good,” Sonakshi is quoted as saying by a news agency.
The 23-year-old beauty, however, regrets not being able to show her dancing skills in Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder’s film Joker in which she is paired with Akshay Kumar.
“I requested Farah to please, please make me dance in her husband's film. But my character doesn't have any dance-able opportunities. Sad. We'll have to wait for another occasion,” Sonakshi said.
